The Kitchen Porter is a pivotal role, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our kitchen and restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring the efficient washing of tableware.
- Taking responsibility for the evening close-down, ensuring the kitchen is clean, hygienic, and ready for the next morning.
