The role
You’ll lead every kitchen on the estate. You’ll protect a hard-earned reputation and push it further, and you’ll deliver the big wedding to the same standard as the tasting menu. The food will carry your name.
About you
- You’re an Executive Chef or senior Head Chef ready for a bigger stage.
- You’ve cooked at rosette or Michelin standard.
- You’ve run multiple kitchens and high-volume events at the same time.
- You build brigades that stay.
- You care about provenance and doing things properly.
- A competition record or industry profile would be a bonus.
