The Deputy Designated Safeguarding and Attendance Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring every student feels safe, supported and able to thrive. Working closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead, pastoral teams and academy leaders, you will help to create an inclusive environment where students are empowered to attend, engage and achieve. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and proactive professional who is passionate about making a lasting difference to the lives of young people and their families.

Working with the Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will help manage safeguarding concerns, contribute to child protection processes, support staff with advice and guidance, and ensure safeguarding procedures are consistently followed. You will maintain accurate records, contribute to multi-agency meetings and help develop a culture where safeguarding remains everyone's responsibility.

If you are passionate about safeguarding, removing barriers to education and helping students realise their full potential, we would love to hear from you.
