Lime Heating is actively seeking a proficient Plumber to enhance our dynamic team. This role entails installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, fittings, drainage, and fixtures in both commercial and residential settings. The ideal candidate will work closely with our in-house management to design and implement plumbing systems for renovations and new installations.

Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 per annum

Role And Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, install, and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
  • Interpret blueprints and drawings to plan plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems.
  • Install potable water, sewage, and drainage systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
  • Identify and resolve system failures or malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals on renovation or construction projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards and building codes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including emergency response.
  • Comply with mandatory health, safety, compliance, and environmental standards.
  • Achieve KPIs by adhering to the site plan.
  • Document all work and prepare the necessary documentation for quotes.

Qualifications And Requirements:

  • Proven plumbing experience.
  • Level 2/3 NVQ Diploma in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent.
  • City & Guilds Level 2/3 Diploma in Plumbing Studies.
  • Gas Safe Registration for gas‑related work.
  • Relevant work experience in plumbing.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of water distribution and disposal in various buildings.
  • Efficient work management and effective time management.
  • Proficiency in using trade‑related hand and power tools.
  • Strong problem‑solving, attention to detail, and physical capabilities.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Servicem8 or similar job management software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service focus.
