This is a hands-on leadership position combining technical expertise, team support, and operational management. You will play a key role in maintaining our high standards while supporting both engineers and customers. You will lead by example, providing technical guidance, stepping in when needed, and ensuring jobs are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the quality Lime Heating is known for.

• Manage and provide day-to-day support to our existing plumbing and heating engineers.
• Provide accurate and professional quotations for boiler, heating, and plumbing works.
• Handle technical customer enquiries, offering clear, honest, and knowledgeable advice.
• Pick up emergency work during the day when required.
• Provide cover on site when engineers are sick or additional support is needed.
• Arrange and organise materials for upcoming jobs to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor and check van stock levels to maintain efficiency and readiness.
• Oversee fleet condition, ensuring vehicles remain clean, organised, safe, and presentable.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer care across all projects.

• Proven experience in plumbing and heating, including boiler installations and fault finding.
• Current Gas Safe Registration.
• Strong technical knowledge across domestic heating systems.
• Experience mentoring or managing engineers preferred.
• Confident in quoting and surveying works.
• Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, particularly during emergency situations.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Competitive salary £40,000 – £48,000 depending on experience.
