As a Bathroom Fitting Plumber at Lime Heating, you will be responsible for delivering complete bathroom installations to an exceptional standard, from first fix through to the final finishing touches. This role is suited to a true perfectionist, someone who measures twice, sets out every job with precision, and is not satisfied until every tile line, seal, and fixture is faultless.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, set out, and complete full bathroom installations to the highest standard, including suites, showers, wet rooms, basins, baths, and WCs.
• Carry out first and second fix plumbing for bathroom projects, ensuring all pipework is clean, accurate, and concealed where required.
• Install and connect sanitaryware, brassware, and fittings with precise alignment and flawless finishing.
• Fit shower enclosures, screens, and trays, ensuring perfect levels and watertight seals.
• Deliver immaculate silicone work, sealing, and finishing details that reflect a perfectionist’s eye.
• Interpret drawings, designs, and customer specifications to bring each bathroom to life exactly as intended.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults quickly and accurately during installations.
• Coordinate with tilers, electricians, and other trades to ensure a seamless, well-sequenced project.
• Maintain accurate documentation including records, certificates, and support for the quotation process when required.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety standards, water regulations, and building codes.
• Keep work areas clean, protected, and professional throughout every project.
• Provide exceptional customer service, communicating clearly and professionally at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience completing full bathroom installations from start to finish.
• An uncompromising eye for detail and a genuine perfectionist’s approach to every finish.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, water regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent setting-out, fault-finding, and problem-solving skills.
• Pride in delivering clean, precise, and immaculate work on every job.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining the highest standards.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Required Qualifications:

• Level 2/3 NVQ Diploma in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent.
• City and Guilds Level 2/3 Diploma in Plumbing.
• Proven track record in bathroom fitting and installation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS) qualification.
• Experience with wet room and underfloor heating installations.
• Tiling or finishing experience to complement bathroom installations.
• Experience with ServiceM8 or similar job management software.
• Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems Certificate.
