We are looking for a GP who is committed to delivering high quality care and contributing to the ongoing development of the practice. You will be supported by an experienced team including ACPs, Clinical Pharmacists, Practice Nurses, first contact physiotherapists, a Mental Health Practitioner, a Health and Wellbeing Coach, Care Coordinators, and a highly capable administrative/secretarial team. We are offering a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of extension and the opportunity to become part of our supportive practice team long‑term.
Main duties of the job
- Provide high quality clinical care to patients
- Undertake a mix of face‑to‑face, telephone, and online consultations
- Support continuity of care and proactive management of long‑term conditions
- Participate in clinical meetings, QI activity, and PCN initiatives

Lime Grove Medical Centre is seeking a motivated and compassionate salaried GP to join our friendly, forward‑thinking practice for 3–4 sessions per week. Qualifications
- Qualified General Practitioner with current GMC registration and licence to practise.
- Ability to provide safe and effective patient‑centred care.
- Excellent communication and consultation skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and high‑quality patient care.
- Interest or experience in Womens Health.
- Experience contributing to quality improvement activity.
- Involvement in PCN or wider multidisciplinary working.
