Lime Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to support learners with complex physical, medical and learning needs.

You will work under the direction of the class teacher to help pupils access learning by implementing targeted activities and interventions.

You will promote inclusion, build strong relationships with pupils and families, and collaborate with other agencies to ensure every learner is valued, challenged and supported.

A safeguarding focus is essential.
