Lime Trust is seeking two HR Advisors (one based in London, one in Peterborough) to deliver professional HR services across our multi-campus Trust.
You will advise managers, support safeguarding checks, and contribute to HR projects within a collaborative team.
The successful candidate will hold CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent), have solid HR experience, and demonstrate excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with DBS clearance expected as part of safeguarding commitments.
