Overview of the role
We’re Expanding! Lime Academy Hornbeam is Recruiting for SEN Teachers. Lime Academy Hornbeam is growing, and we are excited to be working closely with the Local Authority to create additional specialist places for children and young people with complex needs. As part of this exciting expansion, we are looking to recruit passionate, dedicated SEN Teachers to join our team.

As a teacher, this is a unique and exciting opportunity to join our growing Trust and to help create an exceptional learning experience for learners within our school. You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons in all areas of the curriculum and provide personalised activities to meet the needs of the learners within your class.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to be responsible for creating a positive and safe learning environment to nurture learners’ development. Our aim is to provide our learners with the best possible opportunities to succeed with future goals and aspirations in all areas of their life including social, emotional, physical and communication.
The post holder will be part of our teaching and learning function and play a large part in delivering a high-quality education to the learners who attend our schools. If you are passionate about SEND and have the energy, drive and desire to motivate our learners and ensure they achieve the best possible outcomes, this could be the right job for you.
