LOCATION: Bristol, near Temple Meads (BS2 0RA) - This is an office-based position.

CONTRACT: Permanent - Full-time (Mon-Fri).

SALARY: £26,227.50 gross per annum (£13.45 per hour) plus bonus up to 5% annual salary. This is an entry-level role, ideally suited to recent graduates.

THE ROLE: A pivotal part of the L&T business, the Product Management Department is responsible for managing product categories and New Product Development of products sold around the world. This department is the lifeblood of L&T that works to represent the customer but is always focused on the business needs. A key part of the L&T proposition is new product development. The inception starts and finishes within Product Management Department, championed by Product Managers. In this exciting role you will support the Product Managers and report into the Head of Product Management, you will be a valuable part of a small team which will involve numerous activities such as supporting the Head of Product Management and Product Management Team on large projects, doing the groundwork which informs whether a project takes place, being responsible for producing key metrics including range performance and competitor analysis. Other tasks will involve market research, sales analysis, and general admin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a keen graduate who wants to develop and grow, you will have the opportunity to see all aspects of the business, giving excellent exposure and experience to several departments.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: The Production Management Executive provides day-to-day support to the Product Management team, helping to coordinate product activity and ensure that key processes run smoothly across the business. The role combines organisation, research, and administrative oversight to support the development, launch, and ongoing management of our product portfolio. Working closely with Product Managers, the role involves coordinating elements of the new product development process, preparing internal updates and reports, and supporting product evaluations and reviews. The position also plays an important role in maintaining accurate product information and documentation, ensuring that product data, pricing, and formal materials are properly controlled and up to date. Alongside this, the role contributes research and analysis to support product decisions, including competitor activity, medical procedures, and wider market developments within the healthcare simulation sector. The Production Management Executive also assists with budget administration and helps coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure projects and initiatives progress efficiently. Overall, the role exists to provide practical support to the Product Management team, helping them stay organised, informed and focused on delivering high-quality products to the market. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Degree qualified in relatable subject i.e. Science/Medicine based or equivalent. Practical, hands-on approach, and an interest in how things work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Numerate. A medical/clinical or biology qualification. Able to give presentations to peers within the company.
