About us
We are a clinical AI company with a clear mission: using evidence-based clinical AI to make quality mental healthcare accessible to everyone, everywhere. We believe technology can play a meaningful role in improving access to mental healthcare, reducing pressure on overstretched services, and supporting better outcomes for patients - but only when it is built responsibly, grounded in evidence, and designed around the realities of care delivery. Our work in the UK is focused on supporting NHS Talking Therapies and wider mental health services. As a small, ambitious team, we are helping drive real change in how mental healthcare is delivered across the UK.
About the role
We are looking for an ABM & Marketing Executive to help grow our presence across the UK mental health market. This is a junior but high-impact marketing role with a strong focus on account-based marketing, supporting targeted engagement with priority accounts across NHS Talking Therapies and wider mental health services. You will work closely with the UK General Manager to help shape and implement strategies for key accounts, identify the right organisations and stakeholders, and improve how we engage the market. Alongside ABM activity, you will also support broader marketing initiatives across content, campaigns, webinars, events, CRM, and day-to-day execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants high autonomy, real responsibility, and the chance to learn fast inside a mission-driven AI company. You should be excited by the opportunity to test ideas, take ownership, and embrace the latest AI marketing tools to help us build a smarter, more modern marketing engine.
What you'll do
- Support the planning and delivery of account-based marketing activity across priority UK accounts
- Research target organisations, services, and stakeholders to help build account plans, contact lists, and engagement strategies
- Help shape, set up, and implement targeted engagement strategies for priority accounts
- Coordinate tailored outreach and campaign activity across channels including email, LinkedIn, webinars, events, and follow-up communications
- Work closely with the UK General Manager and wider team to ensure account engagement is well organised, relevant, and timely
- Support the execution of broader UK marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Help create and adapt marketing assets including one-pagers, case studies, email copy, social content, event materials, and presentations
- Use the latest AI marketing tools to improve research, content creation, campaign execution, and productivity, while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
- Maintain CRM and campaign data, support audience segmentation, and help track engagement and performance
- Assist with webinars, roundtables, conferences, and other market-facing activity
- Contribute to market research, campaign reporting, and day-to-day marketing coordination
- Take ownership of projects and deliver them with a high degree of autonomy
What we're looking for
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, internship, graduate programme, or similar commercial environment
- A strong interest in B2B marketing, with enthusiasm for account-based marketing and targeted campaign execution
- Excitement about using the latest AI tools to work smarter, test ideas faster, and improve marketing effectiveness
- Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to support across a range of marketing activities
- Comfort with autonomy, ownership, and a fast-moving startup environment
- Confidence working with different stakeholders in a collaborative, high-trust team
- Genuine interest in healthcare, mental health, and the role AI can play in improving access and quality of care
Desirable experience
- Exposure to HubSpot or another CRM / marketing automation platform
- Experience supporting campaigns, events, webinars, email marketing, or content development
- Experience using AI tools to support research, content, workflow, or campaign execution
- Experience in B2B SaaS, healthtech, or another complex or regulated market
- Familiarity with the NHS, mental health services, or public-sector audiences
- Interest in AI, digital health, or innovation in healthcare
