Summary
We are seeking a skilled Tradesman to join our team at Lima Kitchens. In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of our renovation projects, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Whilst we will be able to provide on-going training and development there are some areas where some experience is essential as you will be required to work independently and often solo.
Your essential duties would be:
- Removal of kitchens including tiles, floors, and non-load-bearing walls
- Kitchen installation assistance leading to full solo kitchen installations.
- Remedial works to kitchens
- Bonding, filing, and sanding.
- Assistance with deliveries.
- You must be well presented, mannered, and able to communicate with a variety of people. This is work in people’s homes, usually while they still live there.
- Manual driving licence is essential.
- Over 21 for company vehicle insurance.
- Ability to complete decorating to a professional standard including siliconing and caulking.
- Basic plumbing for sink connections.
What you will get:
· Salary dependent on experience starting from £28,000 – £35,000
· 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays – increasing with service
· Up to two weeks closure over Christmas and New Year
· Pension Scheme – joined after 3 months.
· Performance related annual bonus after successful completion of 6-month probation period
