This is a hybrid role, with a mix between working approximately 1-2 days a week (or more if you prefer) in our beautiful central London office (Goodge Street) and working from home.

Your place at the Lily’s Kitchen Table:
The Performance Marketing Executive is a hands-on, execution-focused role reporting into the Senior Performance Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for delivering, optimising and coordinating performance marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, paid video, affiliates and display.
You will ensure all campaigns are accurately built, launched, tracked, and managed, while overseeing spend, timelines, performance and operational processes. The role requires some PPC experience, exposure to multiple paid channels, and the ability to work effectively with agencies and internal teams to maintain high standards of delivery.
Success in this role comes from exceptional attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and consistently executing and optimising campaigns to achieve performance objectives.
How will I make a difference?
- Execute and continuously optimise multi-channel paid media campaigns to meet performance targets.
- Build campaigns and adjust budgets, bids, and targeting based on strategy and performance.
- Monitor key metrics and produce clear, accurate & actionable weekly performance reports.
- Manage daily spend tracking, ensuring correct pacing and flagging risks or discrepancies.
- Oversee day-to-day Affiliate operations, including commission validations, partner approvals, tenancy bonusing, outreach, offer updates, and newsletters.
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for agencies and partners, resolving queries and issues and providing them with timely creative assets, copy, promotions, and updates.
- Keep agency planners updated with upcoming activations, performance, and trading plans.
- Conduct spot-checks on agency campaign builds to ensure accuracy, quality, and best-practice adherence.
- Create a monthly competitor activity deck highlighting key ads, offers, and insights.
- Maintain a shared customer care ad deck for cross-team visibility of paid activity.
- Raise and manage purchase orders across all performance marketing channels and agencies.
- Generate promotional codes for various activities.
What will I need to be successful?
- Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience supporting Google ads / PPC activity.
- Experience executing campaigns across additional paid media channels such as Meta, TikTok or Affiliates.
- Confidence managing daily operational tasks such as budget pacing, purchase orders, and maintaining internal and agency trackers.
- Experience collaborating with agencies or cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of performance marketing metrics.
- Practical experience with GA4 and performance reporting.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to take strategic direction and execute independently, identifying issues or opportunities proactively.
- A results-oriented, ownership-driven mindset.
