Contract length: Likely end of 2026.

Lily’s Kitchen is on the lookout for an experienced Interim Quality Consultant to join our passionate team during a particularly busy (and exciting!) time. This is a critical role where you'll be instrumental in maintaining the high standards our customers - and their pets - expect from us.

We’re flexible on working arrangements, whether you prefer a full-time or part-time basis, however this will be dependant on the experience level of the individual and day rate requested. While we’re London-based, we welcome applications from remote professionals, as long as you're happy to travel to meet suppliers (across the UK and Europe) several times a quarter.

  • Extensive quality experience within FMCG food or drink manufacturing (non negotiable)
  • Pet food experience is a bonus – but not essential
  • Qualified Lead Auditor (preferred) or Internal Auditor (minimum)
  • Strong background in project delivery and crisis management
  • Happy to get stuck into the more mundane day to day admin tasks that come with any quality role
  • Confident working with co-manufacturers and third-party suppliers
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, mission-led business

This is a brilliant opportunity to bring your expertise to a B Corp brand that puts pets, people, and the planet first. If you're ready to make an immediate impact, or you're available in the next few months, we’d love to hear from you.
