This is a hybrid role, with a mix between working approximately 1-2 days a week (or more if you prefer) in our beautiful central London office (Goodge Street) and working from home.

Your place at the Lily’s Kitchen Table:
Working as part of the overall Marketing and Studio team, this role is the custodian of the Lily’s Kitchen brand through its digital creative design presence, with a unique blend of creative vision and business sense. Collaborating with our Direct To Consumer team (DTC) team to deliver all online design, you will also work closely alongside our Head of Creative (the guardian of overall brand design), as well as managing a team of digital designers. You will have a passion for design and be excited about the pace and creativity of the digital landscape. Challenged to brainstorm fresh ideas, manage deliverables, and execute beautiful on-brand digital activity to delight and captivate the Lily’s customer.
How will I make a difference?
- Be a digital brand guardian leading on the creative digital design at Lily’s Kitchen, across website, paid digital marketing, email, organic social content and online retailer marketing.
- Maintain consistent, on-brand digital output by providing style guides, assets and tools for digital designers to execute digital campaigns.
- Work closely with the Head of eCommerce to continually evolve our brand and campaign guidelines.
- Inspire your Design Team (x3 Digital Designers) to continue to reach for excellence and provide feedback during their creative process.
- Build a brilliant relationship with Head of Creative to ensure together you create powerful work.
- Create and update guidelines to ensure all output is brand appropriate.
- Shape and uphold brand standards and creativity with ideas and fresh thinking.
- Work with the Studio Manager to supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets.
- Oversee daily digital work of the team monitoring the standard of output and advising changes as necessary.
- Manage and develop direct reports: 3 x Digital Designers.
- Collaborate and communicate with the Marketing, NPD, E-Commerce and Sales teams.
- Lead the execution of customer marketing digital design across multiple channels.
- Forge strong relationships with the UK and International marketing teams.
- Work closely with our PR & social team to understand the briefs for the social content calendars.
- Work closely with the Digital Strategy Manager to help shape requirements.
- Work closely with our copywriter to develop snappy witty channel relevant executions.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders and provide guidance on raw content requirements.
- Understand social design trends and interpret them for our audience and customers.
- Support our sustainability and B Corp values.
- Ensure any content is aligned with our Ethical Marketing policy.
What will I need to be successful?
- A minimum of 7 years’ agency/in-house experience in a relevant role.
- High proficiency in Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, visual design, layout, colour and type skills.
- Solid knowledge of digital formats across various screen sizes and devices.
- Comfortable working autonomously and in collaboration with others.
- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A true passion for digital design, communications design, and visual identity.
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
- You’ll be well practiced at using your initiative, have a can-do attitude and will be keen to learn and grow at Lily’s Kitchen.
- You will be a B Corp advocate and understand the impact your role has on people, pets and the planet.
