Location: This is a hybrid role, with a mix between working 2 days a week (or more if you prefer) in our beautiful central London office (Goodge Street) and working from home. There will also be occasional travel to suppliers and customers, both in the UK and internationally.

Your place at the Lily’s Kitchen Table: You will be a part of our Supply Chain team, through analytical detailing you will support overseeing operational projects and own administrative tasks for the Warehouse & Transport Manager, completing important day-to-day functions in our system. You will be the first point of contact for stock related queries, overseeing the stock accuracy across 3PL’s and our systems. In addition, you will be expected to develop logistics processes and reporting, with help and guidance, to improve efficiency and accuracy.

How will I make a difference? You will:

  • Own the stock reconciliation process – using data to ensure our systemic alignment to our 3PL (that includes batch code formats, BBDs, stock pools etc.).
  • Support our 3PLs with stock take processes.
  • Utilise Netsuite (our ERP system) for business reporting, including stock traceability, data errors and write-on/write-off controls.
  • Manage the Order to Cash purchases for Logistics, raising Purchase Orders, addressing and resolving invoicing issues.
  • Report and analyse KPI’s across our B2B and B2C businesses to support in constructive decision making.
  • Manage stock holding of packaging materials for our D2C business.
  • Manage stock pools to ensure stock is in the right location to service all elements of our business.
  • Supply analysis & reporting support ahead of key product launches to aid decision making.
  • Plan the B2C labour during promotional periods to ensure the best balance of cost and service level.
  • Act as a key interface between distribution and customer service, finding the best balance of excellent service at the best costs.
  • Perform daily analytical reporting tasks for review to support the Warehouse & Transport Manager as required.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships within the business, particularly Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and Direct to Consumer stakeholders and with our 3PL Partners.
  • Facilitate and run operational level review meetings with supplier operational teams to improve/ Capture processes and joint WOWs.
  • Ensure there is always transparency on our ethical policies and procedures with stakeholders.

How will I be successful?

  • Experience in a Warehouse/Logistics role will be advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and solutions focused.
  • Ability to assess situations independently and make sensible decisions.
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability for given responsibilities.
  • Comfortable working independently.
  • FMCG experience will be advantageous.
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of the business and supporting multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with data analysis (VLOOKUP’s, Pivot tables, etc.).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adept at adjusting to the demands of a fast-growing business.
