We’re Hiring: Interim Quality Consultant

London-based or Remote (with UK & EU travel)

Day Rate Only | Full time or part time dependant on day rate and experience level | Start Date ASAP

Contract length: Likely end of 2026.

Lily’s Kitchen is on the lookout for an experienced Interim Quality Consultant to join our passionate team during a particularly busy (and exciting!) time. This is a critical role where you’ll be instrumental in maintaining the high standards our customers - and their pets - expect from us.

We’re flexible on working arrangements, whether you prefer a full-time or part-time basis, however this will be dependant on the experience level of the individual and day rate requested. While we’re London-based, we welcome applications from remote professionals, as long as you’re happy to travel to meet suppliers (across the UK and Europe) several times a quarter.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive quality experience within FMCG food or drink manufacturing (non negotiable)
  • Pet food experience is a bonus – but not essential
  • Qualified Lead Auditor (preferred) or Internal Auditor (minimum)
  • Strong background in project delivery and crisis management
  • Happy to get stuck into the more mundane day to day admin tasks that come with any quality role
  • Confident working with co-manufacturers and third-party suppliers
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, mission-led business
