Lily is seeking a dedicated Activities Group Coordinator to plan and run a weekly programme for residents, promoting their wellbeing, independence and dignity within a caring home environment in Greater London.
You will support residents with activities of daily living and mental/physical stimulation, record progress, and work with staff to develop person-centred activities reflecting individual choices and needs.
