As their Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist, you owning end-to-end recruitment across both permanent and contractor roles. You’ll work at speed without compromising quality, always with an open mind and an eye for culture and capability fit. You’ll drive efficient, structured, and candidate-focused hiring processes, using data, tools, and collaboration to make things happen.
Role: Internal Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Profile:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for permanent and contract roles across technical and commercial functions, within automotive manufacturing.
- Set up and manage interview processes, including psychometric assessments, technical/job testing.
- Create and maintain compelling job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Own and optimise the applicant tracking system, ensuring workflows, pipelines, and hiring data are used efficiently and effectively.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to scope roles, create smart sourcing strategies, and align on decision-making criteria.
- Handle international recruitment where needed, supporting compliance, logistics, and onboarding for global talent.
- Understand and support discussions around compensation packages, liaising with the Head of Talent on offer structuring and benchmarking.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate experience reflects our values and energy.
- Track metrics and hiring data to inform decisions, continuously improve, and report clearly to stakeholders.
- Reprioritising with pace when business needs shift.
- Collaborate with People Ops on onboarding handovers and process alignment.
Candidate Experience
- Proven Internal Recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
- Strong background in recruiting for both permanent and contractor roles.
- Deep knowledge of the automotive, engineering or manufacturing industry: you understand the nuance, urgency, and people profile.
- Comfortable setting up structured interview processes, including testing and assessments.
- Skilled at creating job descriptions that are engaging, clear, and aligned to role requirements.
- Experience with international hiring and managing globally mobile talent.
- Solid understanding of compensation, offers, and packages and confident working with hiring managers with the support of Global Head of Talent on negotiation and structuring.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and managing hiring workflows.
- A natural multi-tasker who can manage shifting priorities without dropping the ball.
