Our client, a market leading Data and Analytical business based in the heart of Newcastle is seeking an Early Years Recruitment Coordinator to join their busy team. Working within a dynamic and rapidly growing Tech company you will work directly with the Recruitment team providing full support to maximise their effectiveness, streamline operations and help drive company growth.
Location: Newcastle – 5 days in the office
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum.

This is an exciting new role that presents an incredible opportunity for someone to take charge and help shape the direction of the company’s Recruitment team. As Recruitment Coordinator, you will act as the right hand to the Recruitment team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
General Administrative Duties:
- Early Careers Recruitment Support: Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for graduates, apprentices, and interns, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage
- Collaboration with Recruitment Partners: Work closely with recruitment agency partners to deliver bespoke early careers hiring strategies
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Support the creation and maintenance of talent pipelines, tracking applications and candidate progress using our client\’s applicant tracking system
- Assessment Processes: Coordinate and schedule assessment centres, interviews, and onboarding activities, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Campus and Events Coordination: Liaise with schools, universities and attend campus careers events to strengthen brand presence among top university student and apprentice talent
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and campus ambassadors, to ensure alignment on early careers hiring
- Programme Administration: Provide support for the programmatic elements of the graduate, internship, and apprenticeship programmes
Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail and written/ verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Curiosity and an ability to question and develop processes and operational efficiencies
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and a range of stakeholders with the ability to influence and impact up to a senior level
- Ability to deal with multiple competing priorities and be agile to changing business needs
- 1-2 years recruitment administrative experience within a corporate environment
- Experience in early careers recruitment desirable
