Our client, a dynamic, international law firm based in the centre of Leeds, is seeking a proactive PA to provide support to 4 busy Partners. Their collaborative way of working with their clients means that they provide a highly involving team culture for all employees. They are looking for a highly organised, proactive and adaptable PA who is looking to further their career within the legal sector.

As the PA to 4 busy Partners and teams, you will play a pivotal role in managing their daily activities. Working to tight deadlines and under pressure your role will provide exposure across a broad range of areas that the company specialises in globally. Project support and Relationship Management support will provide the opportunity to expand on the traditional PA tasks.

PA Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to four busy partners, managing their diaries, scheduling appointments and ensuring their day runs efficiently.
  • Communication Management: Act as the first point of contact for both internal and external communications, including managing emails, phone calls and correspondence.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organise and prepare for meetings, including arranging logistics, creating agendas and taking minutes.
  • Document Management: Handle confidential documents and assist in preparing reports, presentations and other materials as needed.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and transportation.
  • Task and Deadline Management: Assist partners in managing their tasks, projects and deadlines to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Client Interaction: Interact with clients in a professional manner, maintaining confidentiality and assisting with basic client inquiries.
  • Office Support: Provide general office support, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
  • BD, Marketing and Relationship Manager Support: Attend BD meetings, assist RM and BD actions and actively participate in planning client events.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven 2 years + experience as a Personal Assistant – a legal background is not a prerequisite but a similar industry would be a benefit.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Adaptability to shifting priorities and changing business needs. Enthusiastic, flexible and approachable demeanour. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
  • Attributes: A proactive, can-do attitude with adaptability in a fast-paced environment. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
