We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading global reinsurance organisation, who are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join their London office on a 14-month maternity cover contract. Supporting multiple senior leaders across several business units, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA who enjoys working in a fast-paced, corporate environment.

Alongside providing seamless executive support, you'll coordinate international travel, team events and business initiatives while working closely with a collaborative Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant team.

  • Salary: Β£45,000–£50,000 per annum
  • Reporting To: Executive Assistant Team Lead

Key Requirements:

  • 3–5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant within a corporate environment
  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders or leadership teams
  • Strong diary, international travel and expense management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Experience coordinating meetings, offsites and corporate events
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Financial services, insurance or professional services experience is advantageous
