We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing and innovative business within the furniture, fixtures and equipment sector, who are seeking a proactive PA & Project Coordinator to support their Founder. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to become a true right-hand support to the Founder during an exciting period of growth. Combining executive support with project coordination and office administration, you'll play a key role in helping the business scale while maintaining its exceptionally high standards. This is the ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact.

Role Snapshot

  • Location: Chorley
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days office-based, 2 days working from home)
  • Salary: £30,000–£38,000 DOE

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a PA, Project Coordinator or business support role
  • Strong diary and inbox management experience
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident coordinating projects, suppliers and office operations
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to grow with a founder-led business
