We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing and innovative business within the furniture, fixtures and equipment sector, who are seeking a proactive PA & Project Coordinator to support their Founder. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to become a true right-hand support to the Founder during an exciting period of growth. Combining executive support with project coordination and office administration, you'll play a key role in helping the business scale while maintaining its exceptionally high standards. Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a PA, Project Coordinator or business support role
- Strong diary and inbox management experience
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident coordinating projects, suppliers and office operations
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to grow with a founder-led business
