Base pay rangeOur client is an exciting retail supplier with offices around the world. They are seeking a resilient, driven and highly organised PA to support their Founder in their Manchester office. This is a unique opportunity to join a creative and ambitious business, providing vital support at the heart of the organisation.
Position: PA to the Founder
Location: Manchester
Contract: Permanent- 4 days in the office, 1 WFH

Responsibilities
Extensive and complex diary management for the Founder, including daily scheduling and long-term planning.
Arranging meetings, appointments and events, including personal engagements for the Founder\’s friends and family.
Booking and coordinating travel, transport, accommodation and visa arrangements for both business and personal travel.
Managing expenses and maintaining accurate records.
Organising and overseeing a range of personal commitments for the Founder.
Handling all catering arrangements for internal and external meetings.
Coordinating personal and business events end-to-end.
Providing diary management and administrative support to the CFO and CEO as required.
Offering general administrative support and assisting the wider team when needed.
Skills required
Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
5-10 years PA experience within a similar sector.
Proactive, self‐motivated and confident working independently.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage changing priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
Flexible approach to working hours. Some evenings, weekends and out‐of‐hours support will be required.
High levels of discretion, tact and professionalism.
A positive, can‐do attitude and strong problem‐solving mindset.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
