Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Junior PA to support the dynamic and fast-paced needs of the Founder of a well-known and growing video production company. This is a new role requiring someone who thrives under pressure, can manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines and has a genuine passion for working within the creative sector. The successful candidate will have extensive film/video production sector exposure.

Location: Leeds (Approx. 3-4 days Hybrid)

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum.

Contract: 12 month FTC

This is an exciting new role that presents an incredible opportunity for someone to take charge and help shape the direction of the company’s operations. As PA, you will act as the right hand to the very busy Founder, managing their schedule, prioritising tasks, travelling nationally and internationally with her and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

PA Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the founder, managing their schedule, meetings and communication and introducing systems to benefit the smooth running of her office.
  • Coordinate and prioritise emails, phone calls and meeting requests on behalf of the MD.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documents for meetings and events.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Personal PA duties required.
  • Organise and accompany the MD on national and international travel.
  • Processing expenses.
  • Prepare documents, ensure all materials are ready for meetings and locations arranged.
  • Track follow-up actions from meetings and ensure timely completion.
  • Provide support with office management, ensuring the MD's Leeds-based home office is organised and equipped.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Take on any ad-hoc tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business and support the MD in their day-to-day responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of working to tight deadlines and under pressure within the creative sector ideally.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Apple products, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom).
  • Familiar with Slack for team communication.
  • Confident with Cava for creating presentations.
  • Experience with Pitch/Meeting software (Keynote/Google slides).

  • Proven 1 year + experience as an Administrator/PA within a client-facing, creative sector.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
