Our client, a dynamic and extremely successful Private Equity firm, is looking for a Part Time PA. Based in gorgeous offices in West London, this role would suit a PA with office experience who is looking for a step up. Working alongside an EA, you will support several senior members of the team with typical PA duties, ensuring they have seamless support. This successful company invests in some amazing brands, and they have a wonderful culture; they are looking for a Part Time PA who will be a long-term addition to the team.
Location: London
Contract: Permanent
Office Based: Tuesday to Thursday
Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple diaries; booking meetings, scheduling calls and appointments, managing last minute changes
- Booking travel arrangements including flights, transfers, accommodation and train tickets
- Draft, proofread and edit documents and correspondence
- Organise and prepare for internal and external meetings, including agendas, minute-taking and action tracking
- Maintain accurate document records, process expenses, and assist with reports and presentations
- Assist with events; managing guest lists, sending invitations, attending events and representing the company
Person Specification:
- Personable and used to dealing with people at all levels
- Tech-savvy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Highly organised, proactive and professional, with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident managing multiple priorities within an ever changing and fast-paced environment
