We're recruiting on behalf of our client, an established organisation in North Yorkshire, who are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support their senior leadership team on a temporary basis for up to three months. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised Executive Assistant with strong Board and governance experience who is available immediately.
Supporting Directors and the Executive Team, you'll play a key role in ensuring governance processes run smoothly, producing high-quality Board papers and minutes while keeping senior leaders organised and focused on strategic priorities.
- Location: Northallerton, North Yorkshire
- Contract: Temporary (Up to 3 Months)
- Working Pattern: Hybrid (2–3 days in the Northallerton office, remainder WFH)
- Hours: 37 hours per week (worked within core operating hours of 8:00am–6:00pm)
- Salary: £18.00–£20.00 per hour
Key Requirements:
- Proven Executive Assistant experience supporting Directors, Executive Teams or Boards
- Significant experience producing accurate minutes for Board and Committee meetings
- Strong governance experience, including preparing Board papers, agendas and meeting packs
- Excellent diary, inbox and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional written communication with meticulous attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Professional, discreet and confident working with senior stakeholders
- Available to start immediately or at very short notice
