We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a highly regarded organisation based in Moorgate, who are seeking an ambitious HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join their established HR team on a job-share basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 18 months' HR administration or coordination experience who is looking to build a long-term career in HR.

Working closely with an existing HR & Recruitment Coordinator, you will support recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and learning & development activities, whilst gaining exposure to a broad range of HR responsibilities.

  • Contract: Permanent
  • Working Pattern: Job Share – 3 days per week (Wednesday to Friday)
  • Hybrid Working: 2 days office-based
  • Salary: £21,000 per annum (£33,000–£35,000 full-time equivalent)

Minimum 18 months' experience within an HR administration or HR coordination role:

  • Previous recruitment and onboarding administration experience
  • Experience using HR systems and databases
  • Genuine ambition to develop a long-term career within HR
