Our client, an award-winning boutique law firm, is looking for a Partner Services and Onboarding Specialist to join their Manchester team. Recognised as Law Firm of the Year 2024, this firm is renowned for its innovative approach, combining the best aspects of traditional and fee-share law firm models.

Partner Services and Onboarding Specialist

Location: Manchester City Centre (Office-based with hybrid option)

Salary: £40,000

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in partner onboarding and support. You will be the first point of contact for new partners, managing their onboarding experience while building strong relationships and ensuring they have everything needed to thrive. The role also includes partner support, facilitating collaboration, and some day-to-day administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

New Partner Onboarding:

  • Arrange Welcome Days for new partners and manage the onboarding process.
  • Coordinate tasks such as issuing joining documents, organising IT setups, and scheduling supplier arrangements.
  • Oversee the new joiner task list, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery across the support team.

Partner Services:

  • Build relationships with partners, understanding their practice areas and addressing queries.
  • Facilitate collaboration through small group events and introductions between partners.
  • Act as a key contact, ensuring partners are informed about available services.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage office supplies and branded merchandise.
  • Assist with bookings for meetings, lunches, travel, and events.
