Executive Personal Assistant

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, Office-based 5 days a week

Start Date: ASAP

The Role:

As the Executive PA, you will be responsible for delivering seamless administrative and organisational support to the Director in both business and personal matters. This is a key role within the company, offering variety and autonomy in a fast‑paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and personal engagements.
  • Arrange UK and international travel, including detailed itineraries, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Oversee and manage the Director’s personal vehicle records, including insurance and servicing schedules.
  • Handle all incoming communications and manage outgoing correspondence.
  • Prepare and format documents for signature, board packs, and reports as needed.
  • Take minutes during meetings and proactively follow up on action items.
  • Organise and coordinate meeting rooms, equipment, and refreshments.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a well‑organised office environment.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required.

Skills Required

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Personal or Executive Assistant role within a dynamic environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Comfortable working full‑time, office‑based in Prestwich, North Manchester.
