Our client, a fast growing and extremely successful firm, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their CEO and COO. This role is ideal for an Executive Assistant who is used to supporting at CEO / Board level, within an ever changing and fast-paced organisation. With a clear focus on strategic objectives and communication, this role is critical in enabling the CEO and COO to focus on high-impact areas of the business by providing seamless support across scheduling, communication, and coordination. The successful Executive Assistant will mainly be office based, with the ability to work at home weekly with allowance for business needs.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO and COO, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Board meeting coordination, preparing Board papers, attend meeting, taking minutes and actioning follow ups
  • Draft, proofread and edit documents and correspondence
  • Manage the CEO and COO’s complex diary, coordinate meetings and ensure the CEO and COO are fully briefed
  • Organise and prepare for internal and external meetings, including agendas, minute-taking and action tracking
  • Coordinate a high volume of travel, including detailed itineraries and visa requirements where necessary
  • Maintain accurate document records, process expenses, and assist with reports and presentations
  • Handle all information with discretion and confidentiality

Personal Specification:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant with senior-level / C-suite / Board level support
  • Tech-savvy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Highly organised, proactive and professional, with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident managing multiple priorities within an ever changing and fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision
