We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established family-run self-storage and property business, who are looking for a standalone HR Advisor to support Senior Management across all aspects of HR. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working autonomously and making a genuine impact. Supporting a multi-site business with over 60 years of success, you'll take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, advise managers on people matters and help shape a positive, compliant and people-focused culture.

Role Snapshot

  • Location: West London (UB6)
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Working Pattern: Part-time (25 hours per week, on-site. Working pattern to be agreed based on business and candidate needs.)
  • Salary: Up to £50,000 FTE (25 hours per week, salary pro rata)

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a standalone HR Advisor or generalist HR role
  • Strong experience supporting a multi-site business is essential
  • Confident advising and coaching managers on employee relations matters
  • Experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be able to drive and commute to the West London (UB6) office, as it is not easily accessible by public transport
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to sites in Manchester, London, Bath and Bristol
