About the Role
Our client, in the medical equipment industry, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Team Administrator to support them. This role requires great attention to detail and organisational skills. The role is integral in assisting the general manager and business as a whole. The successful candidate will have a “hands on” attitude and incredible customer service skills. The role requires advanced Microsoft Office skills as well as being able to demonstrate the successful running of office processes and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Finance
- Logging invoices
- Reconciling credit card statements
- Debt collection
- Supplier setup forms
- Booking and tracking domestic deliveries
- Liaising with couriers and clinics on delivery windows
- Managing demo stock to support sales team & events schedule
- Managing service contract renewals
- Sending renewal reminders (managing automations)
- Book services
- Assist with scheduling repairs
- Updating CRM with service bookings
- Flagging overdue or upcoming renewals
- Any ad hoc support required for the team
