Our client, an expanding Private Equity backed organisation, based in the heart of the City, is looking for an experienced and discreet Executive Assistant to support their Group CEO. This role requires an Executive Assistant who knows what good looks like. Liaising with a number of stakeholders, and representing the Group CEO as their gatekeeper, you will manage their schedule, liaise internally and externally on their behalf, whilst always being on call to ensure they are fully supported. This role is an excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant that has held a similar post for a high‑profile organisation and is looking for an opportunity to support a Group CEO during a time of growth and development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Full ownership of Group CEO’s schedule; diary management, travel arrangements, meetings and appointments
  • Meeting management; research, meeting notes, setting agendas, following up, action points
  • Travel arrangements; booking flights / accommodation / transfers, on call to ensure travel arrangements run smoothly and rearrange any last‑minute changes
  • Liaise on the Group CEO\’s behalf with internal and external stakeholders; put together reports and presentations, attend meetingsand act as an ambassador to the Group CEO
  • Liaise closely with key members of the Group CEO\’s internal office to ensure the Group CEO is fully supported across all areas of the business

Personal specification:

  • Prior experience of supporting at Group CEO level, ideally within a FTSE 100 or Private Equity backed organisation
  • Tech‑savvy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Highly organised, proactive and professional, with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, whilst acting as a gatekeeper
  • Comfortable working autonomously but within a wider Executive team
