Lily Residential Services is looking for passionate, caring and committed Residential Childcare Workers to join our supportive teams in our children's homes in Weymouth. You will be supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). At Lily, our homes are more than just places to live; they are safe, nurturing environments where children are supported to grow, heal and thrive.

Role: Residential Childcare Worker
Location: Weymouth
Hours: 39 hours per week, including an average of 2.33 sleep-ins per week (calculated over a rota)
Salary: Β£31,382 - Β£31,990.40 per annum (inclusive of sleep-in payments)
Additional pay: Higher sleep-in rates for any additional sleep-ins above the rota amount; 10% uplift on hourly rate for overtime worked within a set period. Terms & Conditions apply.
