Lily Residential Services is looking for passionate, caring and committed Residential Childcare Workers to join our supportive teams in our children's homes in Poole. You will be supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Role: Residential Childcare Worker
Hours: 39 hours per week, including an average of 2.33 sleep-ins per week (calculated over a rota)
Salary: £31,382 - £31,990.40 per annum (inclusive of sleep-in payments)
Additional pay:
- Higher sleep-in rates for any additional sleep-ins above the rota'd amount
- 10% uplift on hourly rate for overtime worked within a set period
- Paid training and ongoing professional development
