About the role
As a Payroll Advisor, you will take ownership of delivering an accurate, efficient and confidential payroll service for our colleagues and line managers. You will play a key role in ensuring payroll runs smoothly, compliantly and on time, while creating a great experience for colleagues across KP Snacks. Working closely with the Payroll Manager, Human Resources and wider teams, you will help improve processes, resolve queries and contribute to continuous improvement projects. What will you be doing?
- Owning payroll delivery
- Leading monthly payroll processing end to end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and full reconciliation
- Managing statutory requirements
- Handling complex calculations, submissions and compliance with confidence and attention to detail
- Partnering with the business
- Working closely with Human Resources and teams across KP Snacks to resolve queries and improve ways of working
- Improving processes
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance reporting and strengthen compliance
- Driving continuous improvement
- Supporting system development and projects that improve the payroll experience for our colleagues
