The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 £ per year.
We are seeking an experienced & passionate bread baker to run the morning shift - 40 hours a week - 4/5 days a week.
Duties:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, including sourdough & baguettes.
- Prove & bake morning pastries, buns, rolls etc.
- Mix, scale, and shape doughs according to recipes and production requirements.
- Ensure products are consistent throughout.
- Ensure a clean & tidy working environment.
- Manage your own workload to ensure goods are ready for packing and sending out to our retail shop & wholesale partners.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an artisan baker or in a similar role.
- Strong baking knowledge.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage your own workload & use initiative.
- A true passion for baking.
