Our role is to bring the right people together, guide the conversation and help successful deals take shape.

We are looking for a confident, commercially minded Sales Negotiator to join our team. Working alongside our Business Brokers, you will help launch dental practices to market, generate buyer interest, negotiate offers and help agree sales that are ready to progress. This is a role for someone who is impressive on the phone, enjoys building relationships, understands how to create excitement around an opportunity and knows how to turn conversations into action.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will speak daily with dentists, practice owners, buyers, investors and acquisition teams. You will learn what makes a dental practice valuable, what buyers are looking for and how successful sales come together. You will help identify the right buyers, create interest, manage follow-up and support negotiations through to an agreed sale. This is a role where your conversations directly shape results.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • You will work with our Business Brokers to understand each dental practice, what makes it valuable and who it is most likely to appeal to.
  • You will then introduce practices to suitable buyers, build interest through confident conversations and keep opportunities moving through proactive follow-up.
  • You will speak with buyers to understand their requirements, motivations and ability to proceed, matching the right buyers to the right practices.
  • You will spot the hooks that make an opportunity attractive, communicate them clearly and encourage buyers to take the next step.
  • You will lead offer negotiations, help agree commercially sound deals, maintain accurate CRM records and package agreed sales clearly for handover to the transaction team.
  • You will enjoy this role if you like speaking to interesting people, learning how businesses work and negotiating deals that genuinely matter.

What You’ll Bring

  • You may already work in agency, recruitment, business development, account management, healthcare sales or another relationship-led sales environment.
  • You do not need dental experience, but you do need curiosity, confidence and the desire to learn.
  • We are looking for someone who:
    • Has previous experience in sales, negotiation, business development, account management or a client-facing commercial role.
    • Is confident on the phone and comfortable leading conversations with clients, buyers and professional contacts.
    • Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing.
    • Is commercially aware and confident discussing opportunity, value and buyer motivation.
    • Can spot what makes a business attractive to a buyer.
    • Is organised, proactive and strong on follow-up.
    • Can manage multiple opportunities without losing momentum.
    • Takes ownership and follows things through.
    • Works well as part of a team while being accountable for their own responsibilities.
    • Is comfortable maintaining accurate CRM records.
    • Is proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
    • Has a valid UK driving licence.
    • Wants to develop into a specialist advisor in dental practice sales.

Experience in healthcare or dentistry is useful, but not essential.
