We are looking for passionate and talented chefs to join our opening team at Lillie’s. This is an opportunity to be part of something from the ground up, shaping a kitchen that champions seasonality, simplicity, and exceptional produce.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll work closely with your Head Chef and the rest of the kitchen team to deliver beautifully executed dishes that celebrate British ingredients at their peak. From thoughtful prep to precise service, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the quality, consistency, and creativity that define Lillie’s. Chef de Parties are the core of our kitchens, who run their section brilliantly with passion and pride.
