Lillibrooke Manor is a stunning Grade II listed venue nestled in the Thames Valley, offering a unique setting for corporate events, weddings, and special occasions. Spread across 15 acres, the property includes historic barns, picturesque gardens, and charming spaces like the Great Barn, one of the largest of its kind in southern England. Managed by Heritage Venues Limited, the venue provides exceptional flexibility to tailor events to individual preferences.

This is a full‑time role located in Maidenhead for an Events & Venue Operations Executive. The role involves overseeing the planning and execution of events, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the smooth operation of the venue. Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with clients to understand their requirements
  • Coordinating event logistics with internal and external teams
  • Managing on‑the‑day event operations
  • Supporting sales and marketing efforts to promote the venue and attract clients

Candidates will also contribute to maintaining exceptional standards in customer service and ensuring the venue is presented at its best at all times. This is a primarily Monday–Friday, 9–5 position, with occasional evening and weekend work for our most exciting moments of the year — including showcases, tasting evenings and other standout events.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships and effectively resolve issues.
  • Experience in Event Planning and Event Marketing, with a creative and meticulous approach to organizing memorable events.
  • Sales experience with the ability to identify client needs and contribute to event bookings and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in time management, organization, and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with hospitality and venue management; experience in a similar role is a plus.
