We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientated Executive Personal Assistant with experience in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting and compliance.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO, provide administrative support, manage bookkeeping tasks, and be heavily involved in ESG-related initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent multitasking abilities and a strong understanding of financial record-keeping and sustainability principles.
There will be a requirement to attend our Billingshurst Office.
Duties will include:
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Handle email correspondence and communication on behalf of executives
- Organise travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Assist with personal errands and confidential matters
- Maintain records and ensure efficient filing systems
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents
- Board meeting minutes production
- Meeting organisation, attendance, reporting, recording and chasing
Bookkeeping & Financial Administration:
- Record financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and track expenses
- Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting
- Work with accountants to ensure compliance with tax regulations
ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Support:
- Assist in ESG data collection, reporting, and compliance
- Support sustainability initiatives and help track progress on ESG goals
- Research ESG regulations and best practices
- Prepare ESG reports and assist in stakeholder communications
- Help integrate ESG considerations into financial planning and operations
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Sustainability, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant at C-Suite level
- Experience with ESG reporting, compliance, or sustainability initiatives
Technical Skills:
- Experience as a bookkeeper with proficiency in bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks, Xero or similar
- Strong Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills
- Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, etc.)
Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use initiative and see a job through to completion
