The Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about guest experience, food and drink.
Responsibilities
- You will assist the General Manager in daily operations, including staff management, guest service, and inventory control.
- You will help develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall restaurant performance, while ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times.
- You will also train and mentor team members to uphold company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as Restaurant Manager in a high‑end restaurant and/or private members club.
- Extensive and proven experience delivering exceptional service, food and drink.
- Working knowledge of H&S, Food Hygiene and Fire Regulations relevant to the business.
- Proven ability to recruit, manage, train and motivate a diverse team of people.
- A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in managing labor budgets, scheduling and reviewing staff rotas.
- Ability to work well under pressure with strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
