Inspired by elegance, travel and timeless hospitality, the venue blends classic British charm with Mediterranean flavours, all served in a series of intimate, story-rich dining spaces. With over 160 covers, the restaurant includes an oyster bar, fireside grill, cocktail bar and year-round terrace. The Position
As the Reception & Reservations Manager, you will manage the restaurant's reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking and seating arrangements. You will be responsible for maximising revenue in our new restaurant through cover maximisation and cross-selling techniques. You will be a natural at the door, greeting guests warmly, handling inquiries and assisting with reservations both over the phone and in person. You will partner with the leadership team, the kitchen and the service staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience even in the busiest periods. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reservations leader to be part of an ambitious new opening in the heart of Mayfair.

- Previous experience in a similar leadership role within a busy London restaurant.
- A high standard of personal presentation with a confident and welcoming personality.
- Strong working knowledge of mainstream reservation systems such as SevenRooms.
- Exceptional manners, excellent written skills and a good command of English.
- Ability to work well under pressure with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player, an avid learner, adaptable and with an infectious smile.
- Fantastic communication skills (over the phone, on email and in person).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
