The Position
We are looking for a professional, high-energy head waiter or head waitress with excellent communication skills to give exceptional service to our guests. To succeed, you should have a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable. Full time applicants required only and eligible to work in UK.
If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:
- Experience in a busy high-end dining establishment in Central London
- An aptitude to learn new dishes and ingredients to be able to make menu recommendations
- Courteous, friendly personality and professional appearance
- Ability to demonstrate organisation skills with speed and efficiency
- Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to handle tense situations with coworkers and customers calmly and rationally
- A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures
- Able to meet physical demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods and working nights, weekends, and holidays
