Lilibet’s is a refined celebration of the sea, delivering elegant, innovative cuisine inspired by global travels and crafted with a strong focus on seasonality, sustainability, and provenance. Our 160-cover destination features an oyster bar, fireside grill, cocktail bar, and year-round terrace, offering an exceptional dining experience in the heart of Mayfair.

Previous experience within a high-volume premium restaurant is essential. You will bring the following skills and experience:
- Experience in a similar role in a busy high-end restaurant
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Courteous, friendly personality and professional appearance
- Superb multitasking skills and eye for detail
- Ability to demonstrate excellent service with speed and efficiency
- Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to handle tense situations with co-workers and customers calmly and rationally
- Able to meet physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods and working nights, weekends, and holidays
- A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures
- Available to work different hours including weekends, days, and nights
