Staying true to provenance and with a keen focus on quality, it aims to deliver a memorable and sophisticated dining experience.
Featuring an open kitchen and a wood-fired grill, it will offer a delectable selection of seafood and a raw bar on the ground floor in addition to the104 coverrestaurant area, a cocktail bar, and a 24 cover PDR on the lower level.
The Position We are seekingan experienced Assistant Restaurant Managerto join our opening team.
The successful candidate will be friendly, personableand passionate aboutguest experience, foodand drink.
You will supportmanagement by supervising, delegatingand managingthefloor team to ensure correct procedures and standards are always upheld, and that guests receive the highest levels of service throughout their visit.
