Previousexperience within ahigh-volume premiumrestaurantis essential
You will bring the following skills and experience:
- Experience in a similar role in a busy high-end restaurant
- Outstanding communication and people skills.
- Courteous, friendly personality and professional appearance.
- Superb multitasking skills and eye for detail
- Ability to demonstrate excellent service with speed and efficiency
- Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to handle tense situations with co-workers and customers calmly and rationally.
- Able to meet physical and scheduling demands of the position, including, walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods and working nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures.
- Available to work different hours including weekends, days, and nights.
