Lila Sciences is seeking a hands-on Verification & Validation engineer to lead automated testing across software and hardware for our autonomous labs.
You will implement Python-based tests (pytest) and Playwright UI flows, integrate them into Git Hub Actions, and design V&V plans that cover the software-to-hardware boundary.
You will work with platform, simulation, and human-factors engineers to catch failures early, tackle nondeterminism, and improve test data management as the platform grows.
